She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Thomas and Hazel Thomas (Obitts); and her husband John Churchey, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard, Kevin Churchey, Carolyn Kline and Nora Line (John). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
