With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Norvell of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on July 16, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Helen Jane Kotch (Steve) and William Lee Teeters (Mary Jane); her husband John "Donny" Norvell; her sister Sandy Schulte (Karl); her stepsiblings, Kristina Naber, Chasta Irvin, Donna Wrights, John Barber and Steve Kotch; and her niece Brittany Egolf. She is also survived by several nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
