We bid farewell to Beverly Ann Stenger of Hagerstown, Maryland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 27, 2026 at the age of 87. Beverly Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Samuel Starliper and Helen Elizabeth Starliper (Small); her siblings, Patricia Starliper, Charles Starliper, Robert Starliper and Sidney Starliper; her grandmother Leathean Starliper; her aunts, Leila and Nellie Kerfoot; and her uncle Homer Vance.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond M. Stenger of Hagerstown; her siblings, David Starliper (Gretchen) and Betty Fockler; her cousin David Vance; and her sister-in-law Lois Starliper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
