She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel C. Fields and Hilda B. Fields (Miller); her former husband Claude M. "Jack" Harbaugh; her daughter Sandra F. Kline; Jack B. Welch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia K. Harbaugh (Jeff), Jacquelyn S. Phillips (Kenny), Brenda L. Weber (Rick) and Linda L. Welch; and her brother Terry V. Fields. She is also survived by five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
