He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert L. Snoots and Midred C. Snoots; his sons, David Wayne Snoots and Brian Alan Snoots; and his granddaughter Karen Sue Snoots.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela F. Snoots; his daughter Debra A. Ellis of Frederick; his brother Ray C. Snoots; his stepson Christopher N. Keller (Larissa); and his grandchildren, Mason and Marlee Keller. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great -grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
