He is survived by: his wife Melba Howell Fuller; and his children, Kay Messer (Jeff), Doug Fuller (Susie) and Chad Fuller (Brandy). He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and their spouses, and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Baptist Temple (16221 National Pike, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
