She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Breeden and Etta Mae Breeden (Brickner); her husband Melvin E. Staley; her children, Clifford I. Staley, Nicholas Staley and Penny Staley Jackson; and her siblings, Larry Breeden, Sr., Norman D. Breeden and Elizabeth A. Statler.
She is survived by: her sons, Marcus E. Staley of Hagerstown and Robert Staley of Hagerstown; and her siblings, James A. Breeden of Sharpsburg, Jody Clinch of Fairmont, IN and Jason T. Breeden of Fairmont, IN. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
