It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll Leo Beachley of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin A. Beachley and Marie V. Beachley; his brother Conard Beachley; and his former wife Beverly Bogel (Engel). He is survived by: his daughters, Susan West (Bill) of Smithsburg, MD, Carolyn Shaffer (Brian) of Falling Waters, WV and Sandra Garnand (Todd) of Chewsville, MD; his grandchildren, Travis Pevarnik, Stephanie Pevarnik and Todd Garnand; his brothers, Cecil Beachley (Bonnie) and Ronald Beachley; his cousin Nancy Siler; and his friends, Shirley Kendall Ryder, Joyce Paden Young, Mary Paden DeMello and Joyce Bolyard.
