He is survived by: his children, Dwight Eccard of St. Thomas, PA, Constance Eccard of Hagerstown, MD and Bernice Howes of Hagerstown, MD; his sister Wanda Snyder; and his friend Susan Latimer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews.
