He was predeceased by: his mother Penny Kay Clark (King); and his grandparents, Mary Jane Kerlin and Frank King. He is survived by: his father Charles Edward Clark II (Lisa Dawn Clark) of Hagerstown; his brothers, Brian Keith Clark, Damion Edward Clark, Andy Scott Plummer and Lenard John Plummer, Jr.; his grandmother Rose King; and his aunt Wanda King. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made in memory of Charles E. Clark III to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
