He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jane (Cook) and Irvin Lester Turner. He is survived by: his wife Kristina Turner (Itnyre); his daughters, Julie Turner Starkey (Rob) of Williamsport and Erin Turner Potts (Joe) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Emma Kate Starkey, Zoë Elizabeth Vogt, Benjamin Charles Starkey, Halee Marie Vogt, Seth Alan Potts and Cooper Robert Starkey; and his siblings, Richard Turner (Carol), Steven Turner (Amie), Sally Loomis (Jim), Nancy Saunders (John) and Edna Mulligan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks are required, social distancing expected and 50% capacity in the building.
