With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charlotte JoAnn Barron (Hagerstown, Maryland), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Morgan and Myrtle Morgan; her former husband Charles D. Mills, Sr.; her husband Wayne J. Barron; her siblings, Isabelle Showe (Harvey), Nancy Grimes (Samuel), Shirley Hessong and Wayne Morgan (Virginia); and her brother-in-law Donald Armstrong, Sr. (Sam).
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Tosten (David) of Hagerstown and Joni Moreno of Florida; her grandchildren, Sierra Tosten of Durham, NC and Daniela Moreno of Naples, FL; her sister Phyllis Armstrong of Boonsboro; and her niece JoAnn.
