She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolan Ford and Sarah Ford of Hagerstown; her siblings, Nancy McCoy and Dolan Ford of Hagerstown; and her son Chuck Slick of Virginia Beach, VA..
She is survived by: her husband Ed Slick; her daughter Maria Averill of Gerrardstown, WV; her siblings, Shirley Barnhart of Greencastle, PA and Greg Ford of Hagerstown; her grandsons, David Cartwright (Alabama), Matthew Cartwright (New York), Daniel Slick Anthony (Washington DC) and Ray Jackson (VA); and her siblings-in-law, Terry and Kay Slick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
