He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Uzelac and Catherine L. Uzelac (Hastings); and his parents-in-law, C. Nevin and Clara Frey. He is survived by: his wife Nevalene M. Uzelac (Frey); his daughters, Shannon Uzelac, Rhonda Uzelac and Angela Koontz (James, Jr.); his granddaughters, Alivia, Caitlin and Shelby Koontz; his sister Caroline Buhrman (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Charles Frey, Jr. (Jane), Joseph Frey (Debbie) and Tamara Frey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
