She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Ann Carter (Ron, II) of Waynesboro, PA; her siblings, Fred Williar (Paula) of Warrenton, VA, Brenda Clinton of Hagerstown, MD and Cindy Williar of Greensburg, KY; her grandson Kelly Monn; and her great grandchildren, Conner Smith and Mia Monn.
