He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Scott Fisher and Pam Campbell (Courtney); and his grandsons, Adam and Zach. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
