He is survived by: his wife Robin Marie Norris (Hutzell); his children, Tiffaney Sellers (William) of Hagerstown and David Norris, Jr. of Frederick; his stepson Samuel Piper, III (Ann) of Cascade; and his siblings, Dixie Gaver, Linda Young (Jim), Barbara Shank, Carol Kane (Dave), Cindy Wagner (Lee), Diana Feigley (Fred), Wanda McCall (Todd), Robert Norris, Jr., Thomas Norris and Christopher Norris. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
