He is survived by: his daughter Tamela A. "Tammy" Foster (Jeffrey); his sister Judy Ann Baker (George); his grandchildren, Jazzmyn E. Foster and Justin E. Foster (Kayleigh); his great grandchildren, Declan, Nolan and Gracen; and his half-brother Gray Hebb (Jolene).
