He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edgar Pike, Jr. and Shirley May Stotler (Bovey); his brother Ricky Allen Pike, Sr.; his stepbrother Samuel Horning; and his great-niece Remy Greenlee.
He is survived by: his son David Wayne Pike, Jr.; his siblings, Daniel Pike and Tammy Hageman (Lucinda Williams); and his stepbrothers, James Horning, Jeff Horning and Paul Horning. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
