He is survived by: his brother Michael Eugene Speaker; his children, Amy Renee'Speaker Stoner (Brian) of Bedford, PA. and David Dwayne Speaker, Jr.; his stepdaughters, Jessica Wes Miller-Cunningham (Husband-Ben) of Maugansville, MD. and Stephanie Wes Miller-DeRito (Daniel) of Kearneysville, WV.; and his former wife Carrie Gregory.
