She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Lee Blickenstaff, Sr. and Naomi Mae Blickenstaff (Haul). She is survived by: her children, Jessica N. Needy (Jonathan) and Aaron T. Needy (Kaitlyn); her brothers, Curtis Blickenstaff (Dana) and Donald Blickenstaff, Jr. (Kristyn); her stepmother Alice Blickenstaff; her stepsiblings, Vanessa Moats (Mark), Tamera Eichelberger (Jack) and Deryle Bingaman (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Camden, Kaiden, Kaylee, Caysen, Austin, Melody and Baker Farm; and her pet Fuzzy. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
