Lewis of Fairplay; her niece Heather Williams (Jarren) of Martinsburg; her nephew Ryan Smith (Sydniy) of Fairplay; her close friend Kim Moore (Tony) of Hagerstown; and her pets, Spencer, Sage, Skittles and Itsy. She is also survived by two grandnieces and a grandnephew.
