He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Faith and Irene Orndorff Faith of Hancock, MD.; his siblings, Priscilla Atkins, Esther Miller and Jason Faith; and his wife Shirley Culp Faith.
He is survived by: his sibling Angelene Faith Manon of Hagerstown, MD; his sister-in-law Linda Faith; his daughters, Donna Faith Geiger (Paul Geiger) of Hagerstown, MD, Dr. Jane Faith Kapustin of Pasadena, MD and Laura Faith Rauch (Robert Rauch) of Marriottsville, MD; his grandchildren, Jessica Smith (Curtis Smith) of Marriottsville, MD, Ali Kapustin of Baltimore, MD and Nick Kapustin of Baltimore, MD; and his great grandchild Leah Faith Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions to be made in Mr. Faith's name to the Gilchrist Hospice Center of Howard County in Columbia, MD or to any other charity of choice.
