He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Mae Mills; his mother Esther Marie Mills; and his son Brian K. Mills. He is survived by: his sons, Donald W. Mills, Jr. (Teresa), Jeffrey L. Mills (Karen), Mark L. Mills and Darren S. Mills (Melissa). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home (7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
