He was predeceased by: his parents, H. William Twigg and Kathryn Twigg (Warrenfeltz); and his brothers, Marvin Twigg and Bob Twigg. He is survived by: his wife Polly A. Twigg (Burke); his children, Salli Jo James (Eddie), Michael L. Twigg (Robin) and Bradly A. Twigg (Allison); and his grandchildren, Tiffany Lang, Ryan Fanning, Tawny James, Brock Twigg, Stefanie Koehn, Meredith Twigg and Janey Hamadi. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
