He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Evans West, Sr. and Evelyn Anna West (Nichols); his wife Joann Grace West (Giuliani); his children, Donna M. West, John J. West, Donald E. West, Jr. and Ronald C. West; and his brothers, Norman E. West, Jr. and Jack L. West.
He is survived by: his sister Norma Jean Warren (Wayne) of Greencastle; and his friend Mary Black of Hagerstown. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
