She was predeceased by : her parents, William Stahley and Nellie Stahley (Overholtzer); her husband William Herman Liggon, Sr.; and her siblings, Francis Staley, Paul Staley, Bernard Stahley, David Stahley, Robert Staley, Kenneth Staley, Mary Bailey and Caroline Beard.

She is survived by : her children, Linda Liggon (Larry Sipes), Cinda Liggon and William Liggon, Jr. (Catherine); her grandchildren, Jill Sarchet (Sage), Kimberly Stickel (Jeremiah), Jessica Liggon, Bert Liggon and William Liggon, III (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Blake, Adam Sarchet and Makena Sarchet; and her sister Ruth Utz Brooks.
