With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy (Dottie) E. Smith (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on November 11, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Frank Victor; her husbands, Nevin M. Overcash and John Alvey Smith; her sister Constance C. Zeigler; and her stepsons, David R. Overcash and Steven A. Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Gregory L. Overcash (Mary) and Bradley L. Overcash (Peggy); her stepdaughter Karen A. Wagner (J. D.); her grandson Christopher L. Overcash (Gail); her stepgranddaughter Heather E. McAreavy (Bill); and her great grandchildren, Grace and Claire Overcash.
