He was predeceased by: his brother Calvin Clifford Fraley; and his nephew James Anthony Logsdon. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Ann Dawson and Clarence Thomas Hutzell; his siblings, Thomas Wayne Hutzell, Kathy Sue Hutzell and Ginger Ann Eavey; his stepsister Staci Cloughley (Sean); his nieces and nephews, Brittany Ditlow, Jamie Foltz, Raven Logsdon, Bryan Ditlow, Derek Ditlow and Justin Hutzell; and his friends, Warren Valerio and Steve Gossard. He is also survived by three great nieces, three great nephews.
