He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Rowland and Doris Rowland (Olden). He is survived by: his children, Courtney Mulligan (Zach), Nickolaus Rowland and Ashlee Rowland; his granddaughter Baylee Mulligan; and his sisters, Trish Rowland and Deann Routson (Mark).
