He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Harp, Sr. and Rosezella May Harp (Chapman); and his brother Jackie Harp. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis C. Harp (Gelwicks); his sons, Edward Harp III (Carmen) of California, Jeff Harp (Joan) of Hagerstown and David Harp (Tonya) of Stephen City; his grandchildren, Janice McClung (Alan), Jamie Barnes (Norfleet), Edward Harp IV, Cierra Danco (Allen), Kyle Harp and Kaitlyn Harp; and his sister Dorothy Dundus of Hagerstown. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
