He was predeceased by: his parents, William Prince and Clarice Prince (Worsley); his wife Joan D. Prince; his son Richard E. Prince; and his brothers, Bill Prince and Bob Prince.
He is survived by: his children, Susan L. Prince, David B. Prince (Amy) and Steven A. Prince (Debby); his grandsons, Jason Prince, Brian Prince, Harvey Neustadt, III and Christopher Neustadt; and his great grandchildren, Rachael Prince, Zachary Prince, Harvey Neustadt, IV and Anakin Neustadt.
