He is survived by: his wife Carol Harne; his daughter Kecia Smith of McConnellsburg, PA; his stepson Larry Leisher (Lisa) of Berkeley Springs, WV; his children-in-law, Connie Harne of Inwood, WV and Tim Wyand of Quincy, PA; and his sisters, Guylene Smetzer (John) of Smithsburg, MD and Annette Harne of Smithsburg, MD. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
