It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Frances Harbaugh of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick A. Kail and Marcella Rose Kail Ard (Thompson); her husband Nelson Lee Harbaugh; and her grandson Travis L. McCusker. She is survived by: her children, David Lee Harbaugh (Lura McCormick), Carol Ann Taylor (Brent) of Hagerstown and Kathy Sue Harbaugh (Ray Oberg) of Hagerstown; her brother Frederick Kail of Baltimore; her grandchildren, David Lee Harbaugh II, Troy A. McCusker and Amy M. Harbaugh; and her great grandchildren, Katie, Ben Harbaugh and Damian Harbaugh.
