We announce the death of Elba Luz Roman of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on July 20, 2026, at the age of 71. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milagro Roman (Soto) and Alberto Roman; and her siblings, Paula, Vina, Margarita, Teresa, Esperanza Roman and Alfredo Roman.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Dean Rowe Jr., Donna Jean Shaeffer, Curtis Blair Rowe II and Scott Edward Rowe. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
