She was predeceased by: her parents, James Irving and Wilma Durham German (Smith); and her husband James Mumphford "Jim" German. She is survived by: her sons, James Todd German and Tracy D. German (Christy Moore-German); her siblings, James Sherrill German (Monteen) and Susan Story (Douglas); and her granddaughter Emily German. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
