With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eva Delle Staley of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Warrenton, Virginia, who passed away on November 10, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin A. Scott and Mabel G. Scott (Ballard); her husband Robert Jackson Staley; her grandfather Fred; and her sister Doris Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula A. McNeal and JoAnne; her brothers, Eddie Scott and Moe Scott; her grandchildren, Jamie Rice, Scottie Rice (Jenna) and Trevor Hullinger (Staci); and her great grandchildren, Emelin Scott Rice, Beckman Wheeler Rice, Arlen McNeal Rice, Trey Daniel Hullinger and Brenna Kate Hullinger.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
