He is survived by: his siblings, Roy, Glenn, Clyde and Harvey; his wife Gloria Jennette Spies; his sons, Michael, Jay (Elaine) and Duane (Doris); and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Hoffman, Mary Jane Buchman and Lorraine Donaldson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

“Jeanette and sons, I have so many wonderful memories of Floyd. He was always smiling and so jovial, brought a smile to all of us anytime he came into our store. My father-in-law loved him like a brother. Floyd called me, maybe a year ago , and we had a very nice chat. He always remembered my children and asked about them. I am sorry I will not be able to attend the service Monday. My sincere sympathy to all. Jeanette hope you recovered from your accident. Bonnie Harmon”
