He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall E. Wiley and Laura B. Wiley (Linn); his wife Karen Marie Wiley; and his daughter Angela R. Heiden. He is survived by: his son Frank DeWayne Wiley, Jr. (Kim); his grandchildren, Adriane Heiden, Cody Heiden and Nikkie Markley (Jonathan); his great grandchild Matthew Wiley; his sister Betty Jane Lushbaugh; and his son-in-law Travis Heiden.
