He was predeceased by: his father Frank C. Schneider. He is survived by: his mother Margaret S. Keys; his sister Donna Schneider; his wife Phyllis Scott; his children, Frank Schneider (Joanna), Anjonette Brunner (Richard) and Stacey Lambour; his grandchildren, Zachary, Austin, Peyton, BreeAnn, Shelby, Noah and Ella-Rose; his great grandchildren, Chandler, Casen and Cohen; and his sister Carol. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Martinsburg VA Medical Center 6A (510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405) towards veteran mental health care.
