We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 72, Franklin Donald Smith Jr. of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Franklin Donald may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Franklin Donald touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin D. Smith, Sr. and Ruth Smith (Harbaugh); and his stepfather Glenn Presgraves. He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith; and his stepsons, Jeffrey Price (Dawn), David Price, Mike Price (Rose) and William Price.
