He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Ennis and Glenna Ennis (DeHart); his brothers, John Ennis and Ossie Ennis; and his son-in-law Larry Crass.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadine Ennis; his children, Franklin Ennis, Jr. (Michelle) of Tuscarora, MD, Timothy Ennis of Dickerson, MD and Kristy Crass of Middle River, MD; and his siblings, Kenneth Ennis of Gaithersburg, MD, Paul Ennis of Germantown, MD and Glenna Carter of Falling Waters, WV. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 3 great grand-children.
