We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2023, at the age of 84, Franklin Johnson Reel of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Johnson Reel and Samuel G. Reel, Sr.; and his siblings, Samuel G. Reel Jr., Vivian Hicks, Mary Beggarly and Wilda Gift.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Scuffins-Reel; and his daughter Delissa Miller-Key. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
