He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred O'Neal and Margaret O'Neal; and his brothers, John C. O'Neal and Donald L. O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Judith O'Neal (Kendall); and his sisters, Patricia Pattison and Myrtle Snow. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and cousins.
