We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2023, at the age of 81, Frederick D. Starr of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Donald and Helen Starr (Hill); and his daughter Shelleen Starr. He is survived by: his wife Violet Joyce Starr; his brother Jim Starr (Fidella Starr); his nephews, Jason and Joshua Starr; his granddaughters, Nicole Reeder and Natalie Rhoderick (Colton Rhoderick); and also, Jeanie and Amy Starr.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 1710 Underpass Way, Suite 300, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
