He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Grogan and Bessie E. Grogan (Scearce); his former wife Nancy S. Grogan (Clagett); his wife Lois A. Grogan; his son Patrick J. Grogan; and his sisters, Norma L. Lenny and Ruth E. Foltz.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Grogan (Karen) of Dallas, Shawn T. Grogan of Hagerstown and Suzanne Grove (Thomas) of Hagerstown; and his sister Elizabeth "Tess" Summers of Williamsport. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
