He was predeceased by: his parents, Darius Kline Harnish and Rosa Jane Harnish (Sowers); his wife Leda Marie Harnish (Spielman); his son George F. Harnish Jr.; and his sisters, Gladys E. Shupp and Helen Swanger.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Harnish (Mary Lou), Larry Harnish (Cindy) and Tina Drury (Dave); his grandchildren, Keleigh Nigh (Doug), Courtney Salow, Terra Bennett (Chad), Terry Lee Harnish Jr. (Tamie), Ryan Harnish (Laura), Sara Moore (Brad), Lea Taylor (Aerik), Scot Drury, Tiffanea Yarnell (Shawn) and Megan Seeger; and his sister Thelma L. Butts.
