He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Kibler and Ida Pearl Kibler; and his siblings, Doris Taddeo and Robert Kibler. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Kibler (Hagens); his sons, Scott Kibler (Michele) and Michael Kibler (Jacolyn); his stepdaughter Britt Renner (Shawn); his grandchildren, Allison Kibler, Matthew Kibler, Zachary Kibler, Caitlin Clowser (Chad), Chase Renner (Savannah), Brycen Kibler, Hunter Cline (Morgan), Cheyenne Kibler, Taylor Kibler, Thomas Perry, Nicholas Perry and Cody; his great grandchildren, Teddy, Sonny, Liv, Kaya, Willow and Jayce; and his sisters, Ella Mae Weaver (Todd), Linda Davis (Roger), Martha Burner and Dee Surrena (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
