He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Fleming and Sally Viola Milburn (Ward); his former wife Patsy Ann Milburn (Hart); and his brother Douglas E. Milburn. He is survived by: his son Thomas William Milburn (Jackie Lynn) of Dargan, MD; and his sisters, June E. "Pat" Siler of Williamsport, MD and Frances L. "City" Hart of Williamsport, MD.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
