We announce the death of Gladys M. Hoffman (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on June 7, 2026, at the age of 91. Gladys will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Gladys’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Sparks and Charles Sparks; and her husband Charlie Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Howie Hoffman (Cindy), Diane Ross (Billy), Peggy Shatzer (Vaughn) and Martha Hickman (Kurt); and her sister-in-law Sue Sparks. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
